Cancellation and Returns

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition.

 

Return:


1. If the product you receive is defective or damaged during transit or wrong item is delivered to you, please follow below steps:

  • Notify us within 2 days of receipt of the product from your account: My Account > My Order > View Order > Return
  • Send us an e-mail at enquiry@beautifulmindstore.com with the details and images of the damage (image of goods with close up of damaged part).
  • We will send you the confirmation e-mail and pick up details if the return is approved.
  • Send the products with original packaging, tags, labels, inbox literature, freebies and accessories intact.
  • Settlement will be done either by sending another piece of the same product or refund the amount.
 

2. If you are dissatisfied with the product, please follow below steps:

  • Send us an e-mail at enquiry@beautifulmindstore.com  with the details of your order and reason of return within 2 days of receipt of the product.
  • We will send you the confirmation e-mail and pick up details.
  • Send the products with original packaging , tags, labels, inbox literature, freebies and accessories intact.
  • Please ensure that product is insured against damage. It would be difficult for us to process the refund if we receive the damaged product.
  • All the return expenses will be borne by the customer.

 

Note- It would be difficult to accept return request of the products which have been used or washed or customized.

 

Refund:

After receiving the product we will initiate the refund. It will be reflected in your account within 5-7 working days.

 

Cancelation:

You can cancel your order before the shipment has been dispatched from our end. For cancellation before dispatch, please write us an e-mail at enquiry@beautifulmindstore.com  with order details and reason to cancel the order. Cancellation request will not be accepted for Customized / Personalized products.
